Job Responsibilities:
1. Customer reception: Introduce various product information (materials, functions, design elements, design concepts, etc.) to customers, help customers fully understand product information, promote customer awareness of products, and achieve a satisfactory shopping experience.
2. Design service: In-depth understanding of customer lifestyles, provide customers with professional personalized soft furnishing design, and present satisfactory results to customers through professional design matching;
3. Implementation of sales policies: Strictly abide by the company's sales policies and implementation of promotion plans;
4. Customer maintenance: Form a long-term, stable and good interactive relationship with customers, become a trusted home consultant for customers, continuously improve customer satisfaction, and maintain brand reputation;
5. Store image maintenance: Maintain store display effects; maintain the correctness and completeness of product price tag information; assist in the adjustment of displayed products.

 

Job requirements:
