Job Responsibilities:
1. Customer reception: introduce various product information (materials, functions, design elements, design concepts, etc.) to customers, help customers fully understand product information, promote customer awareness of products, and achieve a satisfactory shopping experience.
2. Design service: deeply understand the customer's lifestyle, provide customers with professional personalized soft decoration design, and present satisfactory results to customers through professional design matching;
3. Customer maintenance: form a long-term, stable and good interactive relationship with customers, become a trusted home consultant for customers, continuously improve customer satisfaction, and maintain brand reputation;
4. Implementation of sales policy: strictly abide by the company's sales policy and the implementation of promotion plans,
5. Store image maintenance: maintain store display effect; maintain the correctness and completeness of product price tag information; assist in the adjustment of displayed products.

 

Job requirements:
