 7 business teams, more than ten professional appearance designers at home and abroad, a professional process engineering department of more than 70 people and a sample development team of more than 100 people, which can complete samples within one week.

2. Information-based production management
 2.1. The design and development adopts the world-leading French Dassault SmarTeam PLM system to manage the entire life cycle of the product; cooperate with IBM to introduce German SAP ERP software to realize information-based production management.
 2.2. With advanced production equipment: 5 production plants, 1 off-line parts plant, 25 woodworking professional production lines, 3 automatic paint lines, 15 paint lines.
 2.3. Currently producing 360 40-foot containers per month, the maximum production capacity can reach 650 40-foot containers,   with sufficient storage capacity.

3. Zero defect quality policy
  With a quality control team of more than 80 people, strictly control the process and implement a quality control system that gets things done right the first time.
 3.1. Passed ISO9001-2008 quality management system certification, and hired American furniture experts to be responsible for quality management
 3.2. Raw materials strictly enter the laboratory testing process, and carry out source management of raw material sampling and quantity testing~
 Wood: insect quarantine and temperature control are required before purchase, and the wood is baked again before production to ensure that the moisture and humidity meet the standards
 Veneer: A constant temperature room is set to control the moisture and humidity within the standard range
 Wooden board: Passed CARB certification, and carried out tensile test and formaldehyde test
 Hardware: Passed salt spray test to prevent rust, and the handles passed weight test and tensile test
 Paint: The main paint suppliers are two top international brands with world-class quality, AKZO and Valspar. Pass 8 heavy metal tests in the laboratory, regularly require suppliers to provide third-party laboratory reports for each type of material, and sample some paint materials for third-party laboratory testing every year
 Cartons and foam: Cartons pass the bursting strength test, foams pass the density test
 Foam: Pass the hardness and density test
 Glue: Each type of glue material is sampled and sent to a third-party laboratory for free formaldehyde testing every quarter
 Fabric: Pass the water soaking test to ensure color fastness
 Leather: Test the wear resistance by rubbing 2000 times
 3.3. Pre-production samples must pass strict laboratory testing before mass production begins

 Raw materials are directly sourced from suppliers, and supplier evaluations are conducted regularly to leverage the advantages of large-scale procurement. We have our own parts factory, and all furniture parts are not outsourced.
